The price depends on the size of the area, the number of coats and colors, ceiling height, the condition of the surfaces, and how much repair and prep the job needs. We visit, measure, and give you a written estimate with a clear scope.

Your written estimate lists the surfaces and rooms, the prep work, the number of coats, the products, the schedule, and the price. If something changes during the job, we talk to you before we do extra work.

Payment terms are listed on your estimate. Ask us during the estimate visit and we will explain them before you book.

Yes. KLW Painting Services Inc is licensed and insured. We can send a certificate of insurance to you, your condo association, or your building manager before work starts.

Our headquarters is in Malden, MA, north of Boston. We serve homes and businesses across Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire, and Southern Maine.

Yes. We paint single-family homes, condos, multi-family buildings, offices, retail spaces, and restaurants.

We serve Greater Boston and the North Shore in Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire including Nashua, Manchester, Salem, Portsmouth, and Dover, and Southern Maine from Kittery to Portland. If your town is not listed, ask us.

For exterior work, no. For interior work, someone needs to let us in, and we agree on access before we start. Many clients stay home or go to work as usual.

We cover floors and furniture, mask fixtures and hardware, and keep walkways clear. Outside, we cover plants, walkways, and decks. We clean up at the end of each day.

Yes. We can bring samples, explain sheens, and help you test colors in your own light before you decide.

We do a final walkthrough with you, fix any touch-ups, remove all materials, and leave you the leftover paint, labeled for future touch-ups.
